He is considered an international expert in walkability, bikeability, traffic calming, and road diets.

Joe Gilpin, Vice-President, Alta Planning+Design
Joe’s work with small towns and rural communities across the country will provide key insight into many of the issues and potential solutions for Wyoming Communities. His engineering and planning experience includes bicycling, walking, and trails projects, and has included the creation of facility design guidelines and standards for agencies across North America.
