Laramie Enduro Gets an Epic Face Lift

The Laramie Range Enduro originated in 1998 with a start/finish line located within the City of Laramie, Wyoming and climbed the west flank of the Laramie Range more than 1,300 feet into what has become the heart of this annual event – the Pole Mountain trail system.

Over the years, the race course has changed three times, and after 12 years of the same loop, we’re very excited to offer a new challenge. The course is a ~28 mile loop that includes the familiar Happy Jack area trails mixed in with trails that will wind you through the beautiful Vedauwoo rock formations to the south. From wildlife trails to single track to dirt roads, the course is equally well suited for geared bikes and single speeds. All at elevations over 7,500 feet, you’ll race over high grass plains and down through serene aspen and pine forests.

In this fourth incarnation of the Laramie Enduro, you can expect:

MORE singletrack – the course is now 68% singletrack (maybe more) ranging from fast and flowy to rocky and technical.
NO highway crossings or pavement – all dirt, all day!
Aid stations every 15 miles with fresh food, water, performance nutrients, cowbells and the Laramie Enduro’s legendary volunteers!
The same fantastic basecamp finish-line after-party with real food and real refreshments served by real people. Live music, massages, awards ceremony and more!

A one lap wonder. Whether you’re a noob finding your limits or you’re a pro looking to hammer a lap and relax the rest of the day, one time around will leave you grinnin’!

Let’s buy another round. This two lap option is the challenge you’ve been waiting for. Declare revenge on the first lap by crushing it in the second and grinding out a strong finish! Time to make your mark in history!

The Laramie Enduro is permitted under authorization from the USFS-Medicine Bow National Forest, and we are appreciative of their efforts in helping us put on a quality event. As always – Leave No Trace.
